are you young or old ?

"Twenty years a child; twenty years running wild; twenty years a mature man --and after that, praying. "

This is an irish proverb i met today.

i thought it was only talking about age and what is is suitable for every age,but i found that ir can mean to the life of every age.

the proverb saw that till age of 20 we are only children, but many people by age of 20 had done alot, some were musicians like Mottsart, some were mertyers like saint abanoub.

By the age of 40 the proverb suppose that you are a hard worker and a u reached the success , while many people at that age actually did nothing.

By age of 60 you are an old man that need pension and stay at home preparing to your death and start to remember God.

The target is not at what age you are , but its what you did in that time, its a matter of deeds not days.

In the photo we will see some men, we all know that they dead, but they were not defeated by time, they did great deeds that let others make a statue for them.

You can do children deeds in childhood and manhood deeds while you are mature and in both cases you did great deeds

And the pray is not at the end of life but its althrough life
